Welcome to Week 2 of the Croí Healthy Hearts Programme!
This week, we are focusing on how to start making changes to your lifestyle by learning how to create an action plan including setting ‘SMART’ goals. We will explore why it is often challenging to get from knowing to doing and introduce practical tips for getting started.
This week’s resource is a goal-setting worksheet. Have a go at filling this in over the next few days after you watch this week’s video. We will ask you to return to this worksheet in Week 7 and Week 8 of this programme so you will have plenty of time to think about and shape your goals and action plans.
