Use Heart and Send Love.

- Send a message to a loved one this World Heart Day
- Your message appears on our interactive map
Croí’s team of Volunteer Heroes are unable to come together this year to take part in our various community-based fundraising activities, so we are inviting people to donate what they can and share special messages with loved ones this World Heart Day.
