JOIN CROÍ’S SWIM CHALLENGE THIS AUGUST 2024 – ‘SWIM WITH HEART’, OR AS GAEILGE, ‘SNÁMH LE CROÍ’!

Croí is delighted to be back with our “Swim with Heart” or as Gaeilge “Snámh le Croí” fundraising challenge this August, 2024!

From the 1st – 31st of August, join Croí and challenge yourself to a 1 daily swim/dip every day of the month. No distance required!

Swimming can help you feel revitalised and focus on your mental well-being. It places little stress on your joints too, while still having a beneficial impact on your cardiovascular & respiratory fitness, and building healthy muscle mass It’s also a great social outlet, whether you swim with friends, or a club, or even go to the pool, or the open water with a group! 

As part of the challenge, all registrants will receive a welcome pack which will include our red Croí swim hat as well as a calendar to track your progress with your daily swims.

Bonus Gift – Raise €50 or more for Croí and you will receive a limited edition Croí Towel.

Chance to win 1 of 3 Benecol dry robes if you raise €150 or more for Croí.

Your friends and family can support your iDonate fundraiser and every cent raised from this event will go directly to supporting Croí services, which includes our virtual health and support programmes including Croí Connects (our free community help line and virtual chats) and the Croí Courtyard Apartments! ❤️

This is a virtual challenge so you can join us from anywhere so whether it’s on holidays or at home, in the pool, a lake or a dip in the sea, share your photos with us this August and please tag us at @croiheartstroke to make sure we see them.
