Croí Heart and Stroke Charity was delighted to co-host an Empower Webinar – “Beyond the Physical: Social and Emotional Wellness Strategies for Stroke and Heart Recovery” with Global Heart Hub.

We heard from experts and a patient advocate who highlighted the social and emotional challenges that often follow a cardiovascular event or diagnosis. Croí’s expertise in addressing these challenges provided useful tips and strategies to promote social and emotional well-being.
