Save the date for the 2025 Croí Night Run - Friday, October 17th
Join us for one of our favourite events on the Croí events calendar as we gather on Salthill Prom, or virtually, with the goal of fighting heart disease and stroke, one step at a time! Join us with your family, friends, and/or colleagues to run, jog or walk 5km in aid of Croí!
Friday, October 17th, at 8 pm (Starting from Mutton Island)
You can take part individually or register as part of a team with your family, friends or colleagues. To register as part of team please email christine@croi.ie.
Salthill Route:
Start/Finish: Mutton Island, 8PM
The 5km run will start at Mutton Island. Runners will run on the main road towards Blackrock, staying on the left side of the road (we cone down the middle and stop traffic on the left for the duration of the run). The half way point is the “kick wall” before Blackrock Tower – runners will turn around at this point and return via the promenade and run back to Mutton Island finish line (where you started). The route is a one-way system.
