After the resounding success of last year’s sold-out event, Croí is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of the Croí Go Red Ball, scheduled for Friday, March 22nd, 2024. The glamorous black-tie event will take place at the Galmont Hotel & Spa in Galway, offering a magnificent setting for a fun-filled evening.
Sponsored by Irish Life Health for the second consecutive year, the 36th Annual Croí Ball promises an evening of sophistication, entertainment, and philanthropy. Guests will be treated to a delightful drinks reception, complemented by fresh local oysters. MC for the evening will be the renowned Barry Murphy, best known for his starring role in Aprés Match. Guests will enjoy an exquisite four-course evening meal followed by an electrifying performance from 90s tribute band, Smash Hits.
To add a touch of flair and support the cause, attendees are encouraged to wear a hint of red, whether it’s a scarf, bow tie, dress, headpiece, or a simple red rose.
“The Croí Go Red Ball is not only a fantastic social event but a vital means of support for the essential services we provide within our communities. Croí is largely dependent on donations and events to fund our activities and events like the Croí Ball play a crucial role in helping us to prevent cardiovascular disease, as well as supporting those who have experienced a cardiac event or stroke. We’re grateful for the continued support and we look forward to making this year’s event even more memorable.” Mark O’Donnell, Chief Executive of Croí.
Edel Mc Dermott, Account Manager, Irish Life Health: “At Irish Life Health, we are delighted to partner again with Croí. We are really passionate about helping people live healthier lives, especially when it comes to heart care. We have recently launched a dedicated Heart Care Programme, through our partner provider Care Connect, allowing members to monitor their symptoms such as blood pressure and heart rate at home via an easy to use app with the clinical advice and guidance of the Care Connect team.”
Individual tickets are available for €150, while tables of 10 can be secured for €1,500. Limited tickets are on sale now and interested individuals and organisations are urged to secure their spot promptly. For ticket purchases or sponsorship details, please contact Mike at email@example.com or Christine at firstname.lastname@example.org.
