As part of this year’s Heart Failure Awareness activity, Croí, the Irish Heart Foundation, and the Irish Association of Heart Failure Nurses, are collaborating on a nationwide roadshow of pop-up heart health events, bringing vital information, free health checks, and expert advice directly into communities across Ireland.

The Heart Failure Awareness Roadshow will visit towns and cities nationwide from April 27th – May 8th, offering:

• Free heart health checks, including blood pressure checks
• One-to-one advice from specialist heart failure nurses
• Information on recognising the signs and symptoms of heart failure
• Guidance on lifestyle changes to support heart health
• Resources for patients, families, and carers
