JOIN CROÍ’S SWIM CHALLENGE THIS AUGUST – ‘SWIM WITH HEART’, OR AS GAEILGE, ‘SNÁMH LE CROÍ’!

From the 1st – 31st of August, join Croí in our daily swim challenge, ‘Swim with Heart’, or as Gaeilge, ‘Snámh le Croí’.

Swimming is great for our health and the wonderful thing about this challenge is that you can do it from anywhere. Whether you are at home or on holiday, in the pool, lake or sea, we would love for you to join us this August!

As part of the challenge, all registrants will receive a welcome pack which will include our new red Croí swim hat as well as a calendar to track your progress with your daily swims.

Your friends and family can sponsor you on Facebook and all funds raised will help us support those living with heart disease and stroke!
