Croí, the West of Ireland Heart & Stroke Charity, is delighted to announce the return of the renowned Croí Ball!
This year’s black-tie gala ball will be held in the stunning surroundings of The Galmont Hotel & Spa in Galway on Friday, March 24th, 2023, and is sponsored by Irish Life Health.
Guests will be welcomed with a gin and prosecco reception, along with fresh local oysters, followed by a four-course evening meal. Master of ceremonies for the evening will be the highly entertaining Deirdre O’Kane, followed by dancing ‘til late with 90’s tribute band Smash Hits.
Tickets are on sale now at €1,500 per table of 10. Tickets are also being sold individually at €150 per ticket.
Guests are invited to wear a little red or all red on the evening – whether it be a scarf, bow tie, or tie, to donning an all-red dress, headpiece, or a simple brooch or red rose.
Croí’s long history is rooted in Galway, supporting heart and stroke services across the West of Ireland. Established in 1985, Croí helped to transform cardiac care at Galway University Hospital and now from Croí House in Newcastle, Galway, provides essential community supports and preventive care to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke. Demands for Croí supports are growing each year to deliver critical supports to people right across the country. Croí’s mission is to prevent heart disease and stroke, save lives, empower and support families, communities and future generations to take control of their health and well-being.
